Context

A multinational building materials manufacturer

Problem

The lubrication points are located in totally partitioned and an inaccessible area's. On top, there is no preventive maintenance program in place.

Solution

Supply and installation of MEMOLUB® VISIO EP lubricating units with 5-outlet distributor blocks for lubricating the bearings of the pipe stacker. Additionally a servo-control unit was installed to monitor the lubrication process via the customer's PLC.
